PRESCRIPTIONS

To request a repeat prescription you may drop off a paper request for the medication at the surgery reception. This can be the pre printed prescription request (usually right hand side of prescription) or on a separate piece of paper.  

You can also order a repeat prescription using an online service run by Patient services. To sign up to order online please ask at reception. 

 

If requesting a repeat prescription via the practice or chemist please allow 10 days for your prescription to be ready for collection from your chosen chemist (excluding weekends and public/local holidays). 

Prescriptions can be picked up at reception or from your chosen chemist. 

Please note for safety reasons we cannot accept prescription requests by telephone or email.
