We are changing the way COPD rescue packs (antibiotics and steroid tablets) are provided in our GP practice. This is to help make sure patients receive the right treatment when they need it, and to avoid medicines being used when they may not be helpful.

We want to support patients to manage their COPD safely, recognise when symptoms are getting worse, and speak to a healthcare professional for advice when needed.
